I spent quite a bit of today driving around on errands. First was the usual trip to take "T" to school. Another was stop was at a huge Fred Meyer store, which had distilled water, which has been scarce in most stores lately. (The only place I could find it last time was Metropolitan Market.)

Most days, "T" is only in school during the academic hours, but he likes staying late for "after-care", which is mostly play time with his classmates. During the week, that's disruptive to our evening schedule, but we're more flexible on Fridays, so "J" and I have been indulging him. Today I ran some errands. I was looking for pseudoephedrine decongestant. The first drug store was out; the second had it, but only in expensive brand name, but that's OK when its brand name or sinus headache.

My father dropped by early yesterday afternoon (and again today). It's nice to see him regularly.

I scraped lots of snow and ice with neighbor "P", who is back home visiting from winter break, and a little help from his father "R". It was three hours of hard work, and some pretty good exercise.
